1.Under this agreement, the "Poster" means the one who uses the free webpages provided by TTnet.net to upload by itself any kind of information about its products. It shall include natural persons, corporations, or other entities which are given, or are recognized as having, legal personality by any law of any country or territory. 2.The Poster warrants that all data filled in for the registration procedure of information posting are true and complete. If any of the above data is false, the owner of TTnet.net may terminate the posting of the information at any time without notices. 3.The Poster warrants that the content of the posted information (including but not limited to text, pictures and any other designs) and products shall never encroach on patent, copyright and other rights of any third party nor violate any law (including but not limited to Fair Trade Law, Consumer Protection Act, etc.). In case the content of the posted information and products violate any law or encroach on rights and interests of any third party, the Poster shall assume all legal responsibilities so incurred.In case, due to the above mentioned causes of the Poster, the owner of TTnet.net, Transworld Information Corp.!]hereinafter referred to as " T.I.C. "!^, is demanded, accused, or punished by any third party or government, or suffers from other adverse treatments, the Poster shall be responsible for solutions and clarification without any condition. 4.The Poster fully understands that TTnet.net merely provides free web pages for the Poster to upload by itself the product and content. TTnet.net has no obligation to investigate the legality of the content and product, which shall be the Poster's responsibility. However, in case TTnet.net determines that the content of the information or the product is in violation of any law, public order, good custom, or policy of TTnet.net, or is infringe on any third party right and interests, or TTnet.net receives any notice from any third parties or governments claiming that the content or product of the Poster's advertisements is illegal or infringing, TTnet.net has the right to terminate the posting of the advertisement at any time without notices. The Poster may re-apply for posting the above mentioned information only after it is confirmed that the information does not violate any law, public order, good custom, or policy of T.I.C., and not infringe any third party rights and interests. 5.The Poster agrees that T.I.C. reserves all right necessary to administer TTnet.net and agrees to authorize T.I.C. to add statements, text and pictures of administration on the web pages posting the Poster's information. The Poster also grants T.I.C., for the purpose of promotion, to reproduce the content of information and the pictures of products on CD-ROM disks, and for all exploitation necessary for promotion, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, publicly broadcasting, and sub-license of the related rights. The Poster warrants that the above license is legal, complete, and valid, and that the administration and exploitation by T.I.C. in accordance with the above license will not be claimed any rights by any third party. 6.In case the Poster violates any provision of this agreement, T.I.C. has the right to terminate the advertisement at any time without giving any notice to the Poster in advance, and it shall not be liable to the Poster. 7.In case the Poster violates any provision of this agreement, it shall be liable for all damage so incurred and must pay of T.I.C. the reasonable costs for handling the Poster's breach, including the fees of attorneys, litigation, and arbitration. 8.The posting of the information is valid for at least six months since the Poster clicks on the [I accept] button. After the above mentioned six months, T.I.C. has the right to terminate the posting at any time. In case any machine of T.I.C. is out of order or any circumstance beyond T.I.C.'s control happens, T.I.C. may immediately terminate the posting of the information and shall not be liable for any damage of the Poster so incurred. 9.In case any clause of this agreement is determined to be void, revoked, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining clauses of this agreement will remain valid. 10.This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of China. The Poster agrees that all disputes and controversies arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Taiwan Taipei District Court for the first instance. 11.In case there are versions of this agreement in different languages, the English version shall govern. 12.After Registeration, I'd like to recieve TTnet.net news.
